How do I get a Password to the Association’s Secured Website?
Sections of our website are public and can be viewed without a password. To obtain a password so you can enter a private tab on our website, please email yscpoa@gmail.com
How do I get on the Association’s email list?
Please complete the form at this link Owner Contact Consent and you will be added to our email lists. We communicate with our membership via email to provide news you can use and invoice annual dues.
How do I obtain a mailbox key?
Mailboxes are centrally located just inside our front entrance. If the prior homeowner had a mailbox, keys should have been provided to you at closing. If you need extra keys, or wish to set up a mailbox, please email yscpoa@gmail.com.
How do I obtain a clicker for entry to our private gated community?
Currently, our gates remain closed 24 hours a day. As a new owner, you will be assigned a “clicker” to open the gate. The first two clickers were paid for at your closing. Email yscpoa@gmail.com if you wish to purchase additional clickers and to arrange to receive your clickers. Codes are issued as below:

When it snows, are the roads plowed in our community?
Our Association has a contract with Twin Oaks Landscaping to keep our roads plowed when it snows. On snowy days, they generally plow once in the morning and evening and more frequently during heavy snows. If a property owner wants this company to plow their driveways, individual arrangements can be made by contacting Twin Oaks at (828) 297-1401.
Does the POA provide garbage pick up?
The POA does not provide pick up. Garbage Disposal options include the below listed companies for pick up and the County Solid Waste/Recycling locations are also noted if you choose to use that option.

Do I need to obtain approval from the Architectural Review Board if I want to build a home or improve my property?
Yes - if you own a vacant lot and want to build a home or you own a home and want to make improvements to the exterior, please log into the “Owner Info” page of this website and click on “POA Request Forms.” You may view the Architectural Control Guidelines and submit a request from this page. The Owner Info page is password protected and instructions are provided to obtain this password if you have forgotten it. To complete the ARB request form and submit online, you will be linked to our PayHOA website and asked to sign in under your assigned password for this site.
Do I need to obtain approval if I want to remove or limb up trees on my property?
Yes - to submit a request to remove or limb up trees, please log into the “Owner Info” page of this website and click on “POA Request Forms.” You may view the Tree Removal policy and submit a request from this page. The Owner Info page is password protected and instructions are provided to obtain this password if you have forgotten it. To complete the Tree Removal request form and submit online, you will be linked to our PayHOA website and asked to sign in using your assigned password for this site.
How to Report a Street Light Outage
If you see a street light that is not working, please contact Blue Ridge Energy at 828-264-8894 to report the light for repairs. You will need to provide the pole number and location from the following list.
